Mazzoni Center Ally Safe Schools Programming
I was the Ally Safe Schools (Ally) Coordinator at the Mazzoni Center in Philadelphia. In addition to producing youth events, retreats, and conventions, I managed and coordinated all elements of Ally professional development trainings. I received professional development requests from schools in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Delaware. Each school had unique needs, and I modified or created new workshops for students, staff, and families. 1. The first sample is the Creating Safer Spaces Training I developed with Elizabeth C. Khan, LAC . We led this training for school administrators, staff, and teachers throughout the region. ![]()
2. The second sample is from a workshop I led for youth on age of consent laws. I created this workshop to help students tangibly see the power dynamics at play when age is a factor in an individual's inability to legally consent into sexual relationships with adults and mandated reporters.

Company One Theatre Professional Development For Actors Course
Since Spring 2020, I've co-instructed four Professional Development for Actors classes at Company One (C1). This is a mixed-level audition preparatory course for adult actors. As a co-instructor, my goal is to provide students with tools and resources they can use to continue monologue development after they complete the course. The work sample below is a powerpoint presentation from the first class session I teach. I provide students with a + / Δ (pluses and deltas) framework adapted from facilitation techniques. They use this technique to reflect on their classmates and own performed monologues. The + / Δ framework provides students with an open-ended process for giving and receiving feedback in a non-judgmental way. ![]()

Collective Liberation and Performance For Folx of Color Workshop (CLPFCW) for the University of the Arts (UArts) and adapted for Bucknell University
1. In the Fall of 2019, my colleague Daniel Park and I co-instructed a one week residency for students at UArts in Philadelphia. This one week workshop was facilitated for BIPOC students from various departments throughout the university. We led students through a variety of facilitation techniques to help them build collective visions of liberated futures. This residency culminated in a final showcase. In this video you'll view a movement piece choreographed by students in the residency. They hold tools for liberation that they created in response to Audre Lordes' speech "The Master's Tools Will Never Dismantle the Master's House". I've included selected feedback from student participants below. ![]()
2. I adapted this workshop into an eight session weekly virtual workshop for Bucknell University's Theatre Student's of Color (TSOC) student organization. Below is a scope of work I created for the semester long Fall residency at Bucknell. I continued to work with TSOC into the Spring semester to support their virtual salons and end of the year showcase.
